Cancellation Policy

Booking : Sessions must be booked at least 12 hours in advance You must provide a valid email address so Zoom/Meet links can be sent After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all session details Rescheduling : You may reschedule your session up to 6 hours before the scheduled time To reschedule, use the link in your confirmation email or contact support via GiftedMindState.com/contact Cancellations & Refunds : No refunds will be issued for missed or canceled appointments If you need to cancel, you can reschedule one time with at least 6 hours' notice No shows without communication will forfeit the session Late Policy : There is a 10 minute grace period If you’re more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session may be canceled and marked as a no show Before Your Session : Please be ready with - The pair(s) you trade Any screenshots or questions you want help with Notebook or PDF open (optional: Trade Entry Checklist) Where the Session Happens : Sessions are held via Zoom A link will be sent after booking. Be sure to check your email or spam folder
